FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How much are HOA Dues?

    $525 per quarter.

  • What do HOA Dues cover?

    Maintenance of all common areas including snow removal off of streets within The Cabins at the Farm neighborhood. Driveway snow removal is the responsibility of individual homeowners.

  • Can I rent my home?

    Yes.

  • What are the membership options?

    Swim & Fitness Membership.

    Golf Membership (includes swim and fitness access.)

    All memberships are a one-time initiation fee plus monthly dues which are separate from HOA Dues.

  • Can I make any changes to my home?

    All home plans have been approved through the Suncadia Design Review Committee and we cannot allow structural changes to the home.

    Prior to building permit submittal, you will be able to meet with a builder’s representative to make interior color selections and upgrades.

    All exterior elevations and colors are pre-selected by the builder and the Design Review Committee.

  • When will my home be done?

    Approximate build time is 8 months.

  • What is an expedited offer form?

    An expedited offer form is a simple way to present an offer before signing a full purchase and sale agreement. If an offer is accepted, broker will contact the appropriate party to formalize the sales contract.

  • Can I fence my yard?

    Per Suncadia CCR’s no fencing other than privacy fencing is allowed. You are not allowed to enclose your yard.

  • Are Snowmobiles or golf carts allowed?

    No.

  • What is your warranty process?

    Every home comes with a 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty (2-year systems & 10-year structural).

    One year fit and finish warranty.
